WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are a family owned business with one showroom located in Toowoomba.

DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

Appointments aren’t required but are definitely preferred.

Why? As you can imagine there are many other ladies embarking on the exciting journey of finding the perfect dress for their wedding, graduation or debutante. It is more than likely that one of these lucky ladies has already made an appointment for the exact same day and time that you were planning to pop into store.

Each appointment can go from 45min to at least an hour and depending on how many appointments we already have booked in you could be waiting an hour or more before we can fit you in to show you through our collection.

We will always do our best to fit you in if you haven’t made an appointment in advance but even a last minute phone call to check availabilities is recommended.

WHAT HAPPENS AT MY APPOINTMENT?          

At your appointment one of our experienced consultants will show you through our collection of dresses helping to pick out different styles for you to try on. We do recommend viewing our website before coming in and saving screenshots of some of your favorite styles as this is a great starting point. Your consultant will also help you try on the gowns on which not only makes it easier for you to get in and out of dresses it also helps us to take good care of them.
